Return Policy - Alberta Flag Shop

At Alberta Flag Shop, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives with missing parts.

Missing Parts

If your order is missing components, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

To report missing parts, please email info@albertaflagshop.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the missing item(s)
• A photo of the received product and packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Damage During Shipping

We take great care in packaging your order securely. However, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer once the shipment leaves our facility.
